Dr. Malissa Sanon is an empowerment speaker who aims to inspire others by sharing her personal life experiences with obstacles that she had to overcome. In building resilience, Malissa discusses the importance of being your authentic self and being committed to consistent good work ethics. As she inspires others, she empowers individuals to achieve their overarching goal, evolving into a better version of themselves. 

Malissa has also presented on multiple platforms about mental health issues in the Black community, and education as a beacon of hope and restoration of hope for all. Malissa is an advocate of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and as such holds dearly the mantra that everyone deserves an equal opportunity in an equitable environment that embraces diversity as well as individual needs. She is excited to bring her wealth of experience to collaborate with you in transforming your organizations, communities, and institutions.
